1. Check-In & Check-Out Timings
  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
  • Guests wishing to extend their stay must inform the lobby manager in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Settlement of Bills
  • Guests are requested to settle their bills in full before check-out.
  • In case of non-payment, the management reserves the right to exercise a lien on the guest’s luggage or belongings.
3. Luggage Storage
  • Luggage may be stored in the designated left luggage room, subject to availability.
  • Storage is at the guest’s own risk and is limited to a maximum of 3 days.
  • The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to stored luggage.
4. Valuables & Room Security
  • Safe deposit lockers are available at the front office.
  • Please ensure your room is locked when stepping out.
5. Prohibited Items
  • Storing of hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Loss or Damage to Property
  • Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property.
7. Compliance with Indian Laws
  • Guests must adhere to all applicable Indian laws and government regulations.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
8. Use of Facilities
  • The management shall not be responsible for any loss or injury during the use of hotel facilities.
9. Right to Amend Policies
  • The hotel management reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
