Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Darling Residency, we strive to offer flexibility and transparency to our guests.
Please read the following policy carefully to understand our terms regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds.
1. Free Cancellation Policy
- Guests can cancel free of charge up to 2 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, before 2:00 PM (IST).
- A full refund will be processed for such cancellations.
2. Late Cancellation Charges
- If cancelled within 48 hours of check-in, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged.
- No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.
4. Early Check-Out
- No refund for unused nights after check-in unless approved by management under exceptional cases.
5. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Date changes must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in.
- Subject to availability and rate differences.
6. Group Bookings & Peak Seasons
- For 3+ rooms or peak seasons, minimum 3-day advance notice is required for cancellations.
7. Force Majeure Clause
- Refunds or rescheduling may be considered for natural calamities or travel restrictions at management discretion.
